This was a £100,000 project to carry out repair and restoration work to the rear façade of a listed school building in York.

Our team worked closely with the client, City of York Council, to repair the rotten roof, rainwater goods, lead work and windows as well as replacing the cast iron rainwater goods.

Pre-paint repairs were completed to all the timber windows and the n full redecoration using the Dulux Weathershield system.
