Vine House were contracted to carry out the external restoration of this well known historic building which sits on the banks of the River Ouse in York.
The building was occupied by Pizza Express and the head office of Grand Central trains throughout the duration of the works.
Careful restoration was undertaken to the existing timber windows, stonework, brickwork, lead work and slate roofs to help maintain this historic building as well as a full external redecoration.
