Vine House Construction undertook a major renovation and extension of our house, in the North York Moors National Park, in excess of £500,000. We knew that the works would be challenging due to the house being located on a hill.  This had been the first time that we had undertaken construction works of this magnitude. I am pleased to say that VHC took all this in their stride. Their expertise and advice was invaluable. Due to their experience on previous projects, they came up with ingenious solutions to unknown problems as they arose and still managed to bring the whole project within budget. Throughout the 10 month project the team worked relentlessly, in some challenging weather conditions, at times. Their attention to detail and workmanship was second to none.

I was particularly pleased that, from the top down, the team were professional, highly skilled and respectful at all times. Best of all, they all took personal pride, throughout the process, in trying to deliver the house of our dreams. I am pleased to say they did so and exceeded my expectations.
